Kimberly Ann Fedrigon Kimberly Fedrigon was born in Danville, Pennsylvania in 1962. Kim has lived in northeast Pennsylvania most of her life, residing in Monroe County for the past seven years. Kim has three grown sons and a Pug, Olive, who is her constant companion. Kim’s leisure activities include cooking and baking, dirt bikes, target shooting, swimming and gardening.
Kim is a 1990 graduate of Luzerne County Community College with a degree in Paralegal studies. Kim worked as a paralegal with the law office of James and Mihalik, Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania from 1990 to 1992. She is a 1996 graduate of Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics education, graduating with an honors thesis on chaos and fractal theory. She taught mathematics in Maui, Hawaii until returning east in 1997. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a support paralegal to the office of Regional Counsel for Veterans Affairs in North Carolina, defending employment discrimination claims filed against the facility. Kim attended law school at North Carolina Central University School of Law graduating in 2002 with honors. Upon passing the bar exam in 2002, she worked in Philadephia before returning to northeast Pennsylvania in early 2003.
Kim’s initial focus in her law practice was in the area of employment discrimination. Kim joined Jeff’s office in 2004 and since that time has concentrated on family law areas including divorce, custody, support, adoption, dependency and juvenile delinquency.
Kim is the Monroe County Advocate for domestic violence by appointment of the Honorable Ronald Vican, representing petitioners in actions for Protection from Abuse cases. She also serves the county through her representation of parents in dependency matters and as a Guardian Ad Litem for children who have been placed in foster care.
Kim’s work ethic and life experience lends an honesty and insight to her clients and the difficulties and stresses they may be experiencing. Her advice to clients is grounded in the law and its practical application to the unique circumstances of each case.
